Shipping and delivery

We ship across Panama. Every order is prepared by hand and travels in packaging designed to protect every detail of your piece.

In Panama City, your order normally arrives in 1 to 3 working days. In the rest of the country, the estimated time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the area.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays start being prepared the next working day.

The shipping cost depends on your location and is confirmed when we arrange your order. Write to us and we'll give you the details before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is on its way, we share the details so you can follow it right to your door.

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, write to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll find the best solution for you. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, some personalised items cannot be returned.
